| Shipping Policy: | Our Shipping Policy is simple.... Free UPS Ground Shipping with all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous USA. Shipping on orders under $50 is only a flat $7.95. International shipping is available. If you need a faster shipping option, at the checkout you will be presented with EXACT UPS rates to have your order shipped right to your door. The UPS Rates are just their published rates... No markups!. |
| Return Policy: | We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:
In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). To do so, please email sales@poolrafts.com with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an RA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
| Canceling An Order: | If you wish to cancel an order, email sales@poolrafts.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. If your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy to receive a RA number. |
| Address Corrections: | When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $10 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction. |
| International Orders: | We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. |

PoolRafts.com is a family business that started in 1999. It all started with a frustration to easily find fun items for our new pool at a reasonable cost without driving all over town. The internet had a few sites, but with a limited variety and were often overpriced.
In 1999... PoolRafts.com was born. Our goal was and still is to provide the largest selection with real-time inventory. Since then our business has grown and grown. In 2003 we incorporated to Pool Toys USA, Inc. In 2005 we had to look for a bigger location and automation. Our store was redesigned and automated in May 2005. In 2007 we updated the site with same day shipping! In April of 2011 we redesigned the store again. The goals were top make it faster, easier to use and start adding as many videos products as we could. We are proud of our new look and know you will love shopping with us!
