Our Shipping Policy is simple.... Free UPS Ground Shipping with all orders shipped within the contiguous USA. International shipping is available. Free Handling with all orders over $50. Handling for orders under $50 is only $7.95. If you need a faster shipping option, at the checkout you will be presented with EXACT UPS rates to have your order shipped right to your door. The UPS Rates are just their published rates... No markups!. |
| Return Policy: |
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material. A 20% restocking fee applies. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase except orders in November & December, up to 10 days after Christmas.
- Returned items must be returned clean and in the original package, or we may refuse to issue credit.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). To do so, please email sales@poolrafts.com with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an RA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
| Canceling An Order: |
If you wish to cancel an order, email sales@poolrafts.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. If your order has left our warehouse prior to cancelation, please follow the standard return policy to recieve a RA number. |
| Address Corrections: |
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $10 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction. |
| International Orders: |
We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. |
